Well, it’s nearly that time again. It comes earlier and earlier every year, right!? Yep, I’m talking of course about the holiday season! And despite that little groan and grumble, it’s actually my favorite time of the year. A time when we all get together, eat some great food, give some gifts, and just generally open our hearts a little more.
Today I wanted to share with you one of my favorite holiday activities – a Christmas scavenger hunt for kids! This is a great wholesome activity you can enjoy with your children. Or, you can use it to keep them occupied while you get on with the busy job of organizing the festivities!
I’ve created a printable below, which you can use as a perfect first time indoor Christmas scavenger hunt list! This list is perfect for an indoor scavenger hunt, as you can find everything on it either inside or just by looking out a window.
Here’s a fun tip: if your little ones are old enough to have phones, then make sure they all get pictures of everything on the list! You can even make it a competition to see who can find everything on your Xmas scavenger hunt list first.
You can find a copy of my Xmas scavenger hunt list below. I’ve even made a blank template too, so you can make your own list. Happy hunting, and happy holidays!
Click here to download the Christmas Scavenger hunt list as a PDF. The PDF file contains both the blank template and also the list that I came up with above. Happy hunting!
